A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to provide comprehensive services to K-12 students in multiple schools. This contract opportunity spans the current school year until May 21, 2026, and is located in Cibolo, TX. The role emphasizes direct service, supervision, evaluations, and collaboration with educational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy treatment sessions.
- Conduct and document evaluations, including re-evaluations and 3 is 3 assessments.
- Attend Annual ARDs, REEDs, and FIE meetings to support individualized education plans.
- Supervise and coordinate therapy services in designated schools.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 99 students across eight schools.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong skills in evaluation, documentation, and treatment planning.
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and supervise services effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
